The profiles outlined below are profile sizes (in millimetres) that we regularly tool up and manufacture.  These are sizes that are common in the building industry.  However, if there is a sizing that you require that is not outlined please contact us and we will work with you to meet your requirements.  We are the team that does your milling, we are not the wholesaler or retailer – we are the producers.

Decking & Screening

Our Premium decking and screening materials add a touch of class to any deck. Due to our timbers having a low tannin content, they are non-bleed meaning your surrounding furniture will not get stained in the rain. This makes ongoing maintenance simple and easy without having to deal with unsightly discolorations to your new fixtures.

Dressed Pencil Round (DPR) - F27 and F34 Kiln Dried

Using our DPR (Dressed Pencil Round) timbers in your next construction project ensures that whatever you are building or constructing will live up to the elements of the sun, wind and rain.  Our durable, kiln – dried, class 1 inground hardwood timbers are planed to a smooth surface and milled with “pencil rounded” edges – as a rule of thumb this should eliminate most general timber preparation processing in your construction.  Available in both structural grades F34 and F27 , our timbers are ready for your construction project and because of their low tannin content, they are also non-bleed hardwood timbers.

Available in both structural grades F34 and F27, our durability class 1 inground kiln-dried timbers are ready for your construction project and because of their low tannin content, they are also non-bleed hardwood timbers. To put it simple, our stair materials just make sense – both hard wearing and stylish.

Solid Timber Posts

The style and class of timber posts in the building industry has taken off in the last few years where designers have embraced the beauty of natural timber products. Using quality hardwood timber products ensures that the strength (F27) and the integrity of the structure are maintained by the hard wearing nature of the timbers that we supply.  We can supply a range of dressed and rough sawn solid timber posts that are “Heart Free” as well as being non-bleed.  Remember that our hardwood will take the wear and the punishment of daily use for many years – so you will not be replacing these posts anytime soon.

Timber Flooring

Timber flooring has made a true resurgence – taking what was something simple and classic of a bygone era – through the generations of shagpile, linoleum and tiles to now where timber flooring is sought after.  Both hard wearing and robust – our timber hardwood flooring not only adds a level of quality to your styling but gives you peace of mind in it’s longevity.  Hardwood timber flooring is easy to maintain and easy to clean – the perfect choice.  Our design is a tongue and groove design that has a “secret nailing” profile, allowing for the concealment of nails beside the tongue – allowing for quicker and easier refinishing and a seamless and smooth surface finish.
